Man United has signed Tottenham attacker Erik ten Hag in place of 

Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move for Tottenham striker Harry Kane but has received some advice on their striker search.

Kleberson, a former Manchester United midfielder, believes Richarlison would be ideal in Erik ten Hag’s team. After leaving Everton for Tottenham in a £60 million summer transfer, the Brazil international has yet to find his best form in north London.

Richarlison rose to prominence with a late double against Marseille in the Champions League in early September, but he has yet to score for the Lilywhites since his heroics against the French side. Only now getting a chance in the team due to injury issues before and after the World Cup, the attacker is desperate to end his goal drought, which could help him reach another level for Antonio Conte’s men.

Harry Kane, Richarlison’s Tottenham teammate, has been constantly linked with A move to Old Trafford and talks about joining the Red Devils show no signs of abating. Kleberson, on the other hand,

Kleberson has also questioned Richarlison’s move from Everton to Tottenham, claiming that he should have gone to Old Trafford instead.

“When Richarlison was at Everton, I think he should have gone to Manchester United instead of Tottenham. “Things could have gone differently,” added the 2002 World Cup champion. “Now he doesn’t play much and doesn’t get many chances. He’s up against some incredible players at Tottenham. He’s on the bench, but he’s up against these big names.

“As a club, you must sometimes take a risk because he is not a bad player; he is an amazing player. He plays for Brazil’s national team; all he needs is some game time and some trust from the coach and the team. I believe he could do an excellent job for United.”
