Leeds Rhinos have secured a stunning deal to bring club legend Ryan Hall back to Headingley. Rugby League Live understands the winger, a key member of the club’s Golden Generation, has signed a deal which will see him return to the club in 2025.

But now, six years after leaving the club for Sydney Roosters, Hall is believed to have agreeed to a deal which will see him return to have his final bow with the Rhinos, having signed an initial one-year contract. It’s understood that Hall has been assured a job off the field once he decides to hang up the boots, whether that be at the end of next year or beyond.

Hull KR have confirmed that he will leave the club at the end of the season after four years in East Hull. During his time at the Robins he has remained a key performer and is now on the brink of breaking Danny McGuire’s all-time try-scoring record, just three behind his former Rhinos teammate.

His return will delight supporters, with Hall still regarded as one of the club’s greats. In 330 appearances for the club, Hall scored 223 tries, putting him fifth in the club’s all-time charts. He is also England’s all-time leading try scorer, scoring 39 times in 42 appearances for his country. He turns 37 later this year but has no desire to hang up the boots yet.
