Report: Liverpool ready to pounce for £115,000-a-week player Arsenal sold

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool and Manchester United are among the clubs interested in signing former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Germany.

Sky Germany are reporting that Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Barcelona all are interested in securing the services of Gnabry.

Although all the aforementioned clubs expect the 26-year-old winger to sign a new contract with Bayern, they are ready to pounce should talks between the Germany international and the Bundesliga outfit do not go well.

Sky Germany are reporting that Bayern are confident that Gnabry will stay at the club.

And the winger himself reportedly wants stay at the Allianz Arena.

However, in football, you just never know.

In our view, there is a chance that Gnabry could move to Liverpool.

After all, Liverpool are a big club who can easily afford to pay the 26-year-old’s current salary of £115,000 per week (Salary Sport).

It would be quite a story for Gnabry if he returned to the Premier League, having been sold by Arsenal to Werder Bremen back in 2016.

Gnabry struggled to make an impact at Arsenal, but he has done well since his exit, winning the Bundesliga thrice and the Champions League once with Bayern.
