Spurs are expected to make changes to their starting lineup for today’s all-London Premier League clash with Fulham.

Cristian Romero and Rodrigo Bentancur could return after missing the midweek draw at West Ham due to injury, while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is expected to be rested after picking up a knock in Stratford.

Ben Davies could also drop out, with Clement Lenglet making his full debut, while Matt Doherty and Ryan Sessegnon may come in at wing-back for Emerson Royal and Ivan Perisic.

With the start of their Champions League campaign looming, Antonio Conte’s biggest decision is whether to continue with the out-of-form Heung-min Son or try to play his forward into some form against the newly-promoted side.

Summer signing Richarlison has earned a start with a series of lively displays from the bench, with either Son or Dejan Kulusevski likely to make way.

Tottenham predicted XI (3-4-3): Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Doherty, Bissouma, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Richarlison, Kane, Son.
