Tottenham Hotspur line up against Brighton & Hove Albion

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte may make only one change to his team for Saturday’s Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Emerson Royal, who was sent off in the 3-1 loss to Arsenal in the Premier League last weekend, will have to be replaced as a wing-back.

Emerson played the full 90 minutes against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League on Tuesday, but he will have to be replaced here, with Ivan Perisic potentially moving across to the right, potentially allowing Ryan Sessegnon to start on the opposite side.

Djed Spence and Matt Doherty are also options in that area of the field, but it seems likely that Perisic’s position will be changed in Saturday’s late start.

Tottenham’s injury situation remains the same, with Dejan KulusevskiJaphet Tanganga, and Lucas Moura remaining on the sidelines for the North London club.

Ben Davies is pushing to be included in the back three, but Clement Lenglet could just keep his spot alongside Cristian Romero and Eric Dier.

Meanwhile, the absence of Kulusevski will again allow Richarlison to feature alongside Harry Kane and Son Heung-min in the final third of the field.

Tottenham Hotspur’s possible starting lineup: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Perisic, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Richarlison, Kane, Son
