As part of their ongoing partnership with Nike, Tottenham Hotspur and Nike have released the first information about the North London club’s away uniform for the 2023–24 season.
Despite the fact that the current season is only a few months old, it appears that plans for the kits for the following year are already well underway. In 2017, Nike and Spurs agreed to a 15-year contract, and during that time, the company produced some outstanding uniforms.
While the home kit for Spurs will likely always be more traditional in its white colorway, there’s room for a more experimental approach to the away and the third kits. Last season, we saw two brilliant designs in the black space print and the N17 purple kit.
This year too, Spurs are playing in an unusual black, blue, and fluorescent yellow away kit, while the away kit features a bright blue, vivid design.
Now, according to Footy Headlines, the colors of next season’s away kit have been revealed. While there are no images to look at just yet, it has been confirmed that the Spurs’ away kit for the 2023/24 season will be a marine strip with purple detailing.
These two colors have regularly been used for Spurs kits through the years, so it’s no surprise that Nike is utilizing them once again, after previously employing the colorway in the 2019/20 season.
We already know too, that next season’s away kit will be a club first, featuring iridescent logos. The shiny detailing has been used by Nike in the past, but never on a Tottenham kit.
I always get very excited to learn about the new kits that are coming out for Tottenham, and Nike has very rarely steered us wrong over the last few years. The colors sound good, and the iridescent logo will be a nice touch. Now we just have to wait for images to surface.
