Man United have made an offer to sign a £101,000-a-week star, according to reports.

Manchester United are aiming to replace Ronaldo at Old Trafford and have made an approach to Al-Vincent Nassr’s Aboubakar.

According to an OKAZ report, the Saudi club needs to sell an international player in order to sign Cristiano, and they have reached an agreement with the Cameroonian striker to go.

Man United are in talks to recruit a sought £44 million star, according to reports.

According to the report, both Manchester United and Fenerbahce in Turkey have made loan bids for the forward, and he is expected to join United.

Aboubakar is a recognized quality goalscorer with extensive European experience. He chose to join Al-Nassr in 2021, signing a contract of £101,000 per week, or €6 million each season, until 2024. (Arab News).

The 92-cap international was a major player of the African Cup of Nations-winning team in 2017. In the final versus Egypt, he scored the game-winning goal.

Aboubakar won the AFCON Golden Boot last year after scoring eight goals in seven games for Cameroon, who finished third in the competition.

The African great scored a goal and assisted on another to help his team grab a point against Serbia at the FIFA World Cup.

Furthermore, he scored a late goal to give Cameroon a memorable triumph over Brazil in the last group game. However, the victory was insufficient to secure a spot in the Round of 16.

Manchester United do need to strengthen their strike line, and I believe Vincent Aboubakar will be an excellent stop-gap addition until the end of the season. What are your thoughts?
