Leicester has been told exactly what they need to do in order to recruit a player – the club has made its position quite clear.

Earlier on Tuesday, we highlighted a story from Calcio Mercato which suggested Leicester City’s interest in Jeremie Boga ‘remains alive’.

It was claimed that despite the failure in signing the player from Atalanta last summer, the Foxes still wish to ‘close up’ that transfer.

Now as Tutto Mercato Web features a story about the Leicester City target, they point out the conditions to sign him in January.

It’s claimed that Atalanta will not loan Boga out this month, and even though the player hasn’t been doing great at the Italian club, they do not want to involve him in that type of deal, not even if a buying option is included.

According to Tutto Mercato Web, the only way to take the player this month would be by offering the same amount Atalanta spent to sign him from Sassuolo, which is €22m.

This report doesn’t bring any details on Leicester City’s wish to sign the player, and actually claims it’s more likely Boga will end up staying at his club for the remainder of the season, since it’s ‘very complicated’ that someone offers over €20m in January for him, including the Foxes.
