The club has ‘everything agreed’ with a Leicester City player for a January transfer.

Throughout Ayoze Perez’s time at Newcastle United, there were seemingly endless transfer rumors about interest from La Liga clubs in the Spanish media.

At 29 years old and with a Foxes contract expiring in the summer, the time appears to be right for that move.

Perez has been a bit of a part player for Brendan Rodgers this season and has yet to score a Premier League goal.

The Marca report Real Betis are keen, and manager Manuel Pellegrini wants him for the second half of the season.

Betis claim to have ‘everything agreed’ with the player, but there’s no word on what they’ve agreed with Leicester City.

Regardless, before going through with such a signing, Betis need to get some players off their wage bill… and time is running out.
