Manchester United returned to training on Monday ahead of the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final against Nottingham Forest.
United play Forest at the City Ground on Wednesday, looking to rebound from a weekend defeat at the hands of Arsenal at The Emirates.
Manchester United returned to training on Monday ahead of the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final. A new face in training for United ahead of the cup tie was Axel Tuanzebe, who made his return to the first-team group.
He is unlikely to play, but his presence as a fresh face at a crucial point in the season will lift the squad.
The first leg was against Nottingham Forest.

Jadon Sancho is in the same boat. The winger (top) had a trim new look, appearing slimmer after working hard on his fitness.
Sancho has been out of action since October, and the reason given was a lack of fitness rather than an injury.
He returned to training last week and Erik ten Hag told United’s website he is keen to welcome him back to action
“We have to cover so many games, but especially we need quality players, and he is definitely a quality player who can make a difference and we are expecting that from him.”
Casemiro was a big miss for Manchester United against Arsenal at the weekend. Having now served his suspension for five yellow cards, the Brazilian is almost certain to start this upcoming semi-final match.
Rested up after the weekend, Casemiro looked raring to go in training. He has been outstanding for the Red Devils since joining Real Madrid in the summer.
The second leg of the semi-final takes place at Old Trafford next week. If United goes through to the final, we would play the victor between Newcastle and Southampton.
