Erik ten Hag says that three Manchester United players  return for the Carabao Cup final.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag believes Anthony Martial, Scott McTominay, and Antony will be fit in time for the Carabao Cup final.

The Red Devils face Barcelona tonight at the Camp Nou without a number of first-team players.

Marcel Sabitzer and Lisandro Martinez have been suspended, while Donny van de Beek and Christian Eriksen have been absent for an extended period of time.

Martial has had an injury-plagued season and is out with a hip injury, while McTominay is out with an unspecified problem.

Antony has missed the last two games due to a leg injury, so Jadon Sancho has replaced him.

United plays Barcelona tonight and then hosts Leicester on Sunday. Ten Hag’s side will then host Barcelona the following Thursday before facing Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final on February 26th.

It will be United’s chance to end their six-year trophy drought, and Ten Hag says the injured trio will be ready in time.

‘It looks good,’ Ten Hag said when asked about the injured trio.

‘They’re on their way home. Individually, they are on the practice field. They’re getting there.’
