Arne Slot apparently rules himself out of the Tottenham manager’s job
Tottenham is still on the lookout for a new manager but according to reports, that new manager won’t be Feyenoord’s Arne Slot.
Slot has emerged as a contender for a number of English sides in recent months. He was interviewed for the Leeds United job and has recently been linked to Tottenham. Beyond that, Crystal Palace and West Ham are both believed to have put Slot on their own radars.
However, Slot had seemed a more realistic option for Tottenham, and reports even claim talks have been held between Slot’s agent and Daniel Levy.
Slot, though, has reportedly committed to Feyenoord for at least another season, according to Voetbal Primeur.
According to VP, Slot has renewed his devotion to the Feyenoord cause despite Tottenham’s interest, according to Algemeen Dagblad reporter Hugo Borst.
It represents another potential setback in Daniel Levy’s hunt for a new manager. The slot has been praised for his work with the Dutch national team, and the 44-year-old is regarded as one of Europe’s most promising young coaches.
Tottenham is still sifting through a long list of candidates to replace Antonio Conte. Graham Potter, Julian Nagelsmann, and others have all been suggested.

Tottenham and Levy are playing a risky game in their quest for a new manager. Some of the greatest names may have been bought up by the time summer arrives, or they may just have run out of patience waiting.
The slot appears to have figured out his own future. He’s definitely rated at Feyenoord and has no compelling reason to leave just yet.
Tottenham could drop another name off the list. And as time passes and more names fade from consideration for the job, Spurs fans will become increasingly upset.
