Barcelona winger Raphinha has said that he does not want to leave, amid speculation linking him with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United.

Arsenal Sporting Director Edu has been in touch with Deco, Raphinha’s agent, for months now and is trying to get a deal done, according to the report in the Spanish publication.
It was also Sport who claimed this month that Chelsea and Newcastle are ready to open formal talks with Barca immediately over the transfer of Raphinha, who earns £199,000 per week (SalarySport).
Raphinha joined Barcelona from Leeds United in the summer of 2022 and has just won the La Liga title with Xavi’s team.

Yes, the winger wants to stay at Barcelona, but if the club’s bosses want to offload him, then there is nothing that the former Leeds winger will be able to do.
Raphinha did extremely well during his time at Leeds, and we believe that he would be a great signing for Arsenal or for Newcastle, not just for now, but for years to come as well.
