Sources: Tottenham to make approach for Ange Postecoglou – ‘the job is his’
Tottenham will make an approach for Ange Postecoglou and the club’s manager job is “his if he wants it”, sources have told Football Insider.
The Celtic boss is now the frontrunner for the vacant position and has the opportunity to join the English Premier League side after his team’s participation in the Scottish Cup Final this weekend.
Postecoglou has been in the box seat to land the job since Arne Slot announced last week he was out of the running and Spurs have been patient and respectful in their movements while Celtic aim to secure a remarkable domestic treble.
