According to sources, Everton may now consider bids for Jordan Pickford and two other key players.

Everton needs to raise transfer funds to allow Sean Dyche to make moves in this summer window, sources have told Football Insider.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that the Merseysiders are “vulnerable” to bids for star men like Jordan Pickford, Amadou Onana, and Demarai Gray.

Everton are set for a difficult summer and have already lost multiple squad members at the end of their contracts.

The Merseysiders have already confirmed exits for Asmir Begovic, Andros Townsend, Yerry Mina, and Tom Davies at the end of their respective deals.

But it is believed Dyche’s hands are tied as he eyes replacements – with further transfer outgoings required before any deals can be done.

Everton have preserved their Premier League status despite financial struggles surrounding the club in recent years.

The Toffees were charged with breaching Premier League spending rules in March, with the BBC claiming their hearing in front of an independent commission is set for 25 October.

England star Pickford only signed a new deal in February but could be sold if a suitable offer arrives this summer.

Meanwhile, Onana joined Everton just last summer (2022) but has attracted interest following a good first season in England.

Football Insider revealed in May that the Toffees value the Belgium international at £60million – 12 months after he joined the club for £33million.

Gray, who was the club’s joint-highest scorer last term, has been linked with a big-money move to Saudi Arabia – as well as a potential switch to Fulham.

Everton avoided relegation on the final day of the 2022-23 season, ending the campaign with just 36 points.

The Merseysiders kick off the new campaign with a home clash against Fulham on 12 August.

In other news, Everton make an approach to sign a Man United veteran.
