Football Transfers are reporting this morning that Tottenham Hotspur has identified Dusan Vlahovic as a potential replacement for Harry Kane.

Bayern Munich are determined to sign Kane from Tottenham in the summer transfer window and have made a second bid, according to the report.

So, if the England international striker does leave Spurs, then Tottenham will try to sign Serbia international striker Vlahovic, who is “lightning” and whose “left foot is like a wand”, according to former Manchester City and Fiorentina defender Micah Richards on BBC Radio 5 Live in December 2021.

Former Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino reportedly wants to sign the striker as well for his new club Chelsea.

Potentially blockbuster signing

In our opinion, Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic would be a blockbuster signing for Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.

We believe that the striker would be a brilliant signing for Spurs, not just for now, but for years to come as well.

After all, Vlahovic is only 23 now.

And he is prolific.

Vlahovic scored 10 goals and gave two assists in 22 Serie A starts for Juventus last season.

During the 2021-22 season, the Serbia international striker scored 17 goals and gave two assists in 21 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina, and scored seven goals and provided one assist in 12 Serie A starts for Juve.
