GOOD NEWS: Wrexham AFC has signed an amazing talented Australia young star on a two-year contract

Sign-up for an extra special World Cup screening event

The next best thing to being in Australia

England’s bid for FIFA Women’s World Cup glory gets underway on Saturday 22 July – and we’ve got the next best thing to being in Australia!

Dons supporters are invited to watch the Lionesses in their opening group game versus Haiti on a giant screen in our Silver Lounge at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

And it will be hosted by our AFC Wimbledon Women’s squad, so there’s sure to be a cracking atmosphere for the big game.

So come along and meet Kevin Foster’s squad in between celebrating a few England goals!

Join us from 10.00 am as England faces Haiti (10.30 am kick-off) on the same day that we take on QPR (3 pm kick-off).

Bookings can be made via our online tickets page at £5 for adults (includes a complimentary breakfast roll), or for £14 if you book for this screening and the match combined.

It will be £3 for children 17 years and under for the screening, or £4 for both.

This World Cup screening is being staged in conjunction with WOWSA (Women of Wimbledon Supporters Association), which was set up in March with the aim of encouraging more women and families to support our club – therefore helping to maximize attendance.

With a range of activities planned for our Kids Zone at the stadium after the World Cup screening, make it a real family day out, before watching our first pre-season home match versus Championship opposition.
