Luton Town has now ‘found agreement’ with the player over the contract – ‘Last details’, medical to follow

We aren’t going to lie to you, we haven’t come across many Luton Town transfer stories abroad since the club was promoted to the Premier League, with the club focusing mostly on players already in England.

While this technically isn’t a transfer from a foreign club, it does involve a foreign player, and that’s why Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri is covering it.

Taking to Twitter, he reveals that Luton Town has ‘found an agreement’ with Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Tomas Kaminski regarding his personal terms.

This comes after the newly promoted side did the same with the Ewood Park residents for a transfer fee of €3m for the Belgian.

As things stand, all that’s left are for the ‘last details to be checked’, with the medicals to then follow.

After that, we would expect the 30-year-old to put pen to paper on his new Luton Town contract for what will be a tough challenge of helping Rob Edwards and the rest of the team avoid a return to the Championship.

Kaminski joined Blackburn back in 2020 and has since gone on to make 118 appearances for the club, conceding 138 goals and keeping 33 clean sheets.
