According to Football Insider, Karl Robinson, who left Leeds at the end of last season following their relegation to the Championship, has emerged as the favorite for the vacant Fleetwood Town post. Along with Robbie Keane, the former MK Dons, Oxford United, and Charlton Athletic manager worked as Sam Allardyce’s assistant. After sacking ex-Celtic manager Scott Brown, the Cod Army are looking for a new boss.

According to The Athletic’s Phil Hay on the Square Ball podcast (via Inside Futbol), the Whites were glad to let Darko Gyabi leave during the last transfer window. The England youth international, 19, was linked with a transfer away from Yorkshire but ended up remaining through the deadline. From 2018 to 2022, he was a Manchester City player.
