Report: ‘Brilliant’ Crystal Palace player will start for England today

According to reports, a ‘early anticipation’ is that a ‘great’ Crystal Palace player would start for England today.

Gareth Southgate chose Crystal Palace talents Eberechi Eze, Marc Guehi, and Sam Johnstone, which is fantastic news for everyone linked with the club.

According to The Telegraph, defender Guehi is in contention to start in the European Championship qualifier against Ukraine.

According to the article, ‘the early anticipation’ is that Guehi will partner with Harry Maguire in defense.

Guehi has developed into a great centre-back since joining the Eagles, and some at Chelsea may be kicking themselves for selling him in the first place.

The defender is only 23 years old, but he is already playing at a top level and has been named Palace captain on several occasions.

Now, it appears that he will make his sixth appearance for his country, proving that he is impressing Southgate.

most has played 90 minutes in all of his games for England, and most recently kept a clean sheet in a 4-0 win over Malta.

The ‘excellent’ defender has earned his England call-up, and it’s encouraging to see that Southgate appears to want to start him tonight.

Guehi will need to be at his best and continue to impress Three Lions manager in order to be considered for the European Championships this summer.
