Latest Fulham injury news: three players to miss Chelsea despite a significant Mauricio Pochettino boost

Chelsea news as Marco Silva provides the latest injury update for the Cottagers ahead of their Monday showdown.
Fulham boss Marco Silva will be missing three key players as the club prepares to host West London rivals Chelsea on Monday night at Craven Cottage.

The Blues will be trying to keep their winning streak going after a 1-0 success over Brighton at Stamford Bridge in midweek, which saw them score their first goal of the month through Nicolas Jackson, who will miss the short trip on Monday due to suspension. Pochettino’s team has had an up-and-down season, struggling to find their flow and stumbling to 14th position in the standings.

With just one win against Chelsea in all competitions since 2006, the Cottagers will fancy their chances against A Blues side who haven’t been able to build momentum in recent weeks. Ahead of the match, Silva confirmed who would be available for him and who would miss out.

Adama Traore has been confirmed to miss the game, as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury sustained during the international break. The star has only played 35 minutes of Premier League football this season since moving to West London, and he won’t be back for at least a few weeks.
Tosin Adarabioyo, the center-back, will also miss the game as he recovers from a groin injury sustained last season. The 26-year-old had surgery during the preseason but has yet to fully recuperate, leaving Silva with less choices at the back.
