Latest Nottingham Forest news from NottinghamshireLive as Harry Redknapp has his say on the Reds’ 1-1 draw against Brentford on Sunday

Harry Redknapp believes Nicolas Dominguez was “the best player” during Nottingham Forest’s 1-1 draw against Brentford on Sunday.

Steve Cooper’s side were down to 10 men and trailing the Bees 1-0 before Dominguez’s header rescued a point for Forest. The 25-year-old arrived at the City Ground this summer from Italian Serie A side Bologna.

And former Tottenham manager Redknapp has picked out the Forest midfielder for his “brilliant” headed goal against Brentford. He has also included the Argentine in his Premier League Team of the Week.

“The Ryder Cup was getting a lot of my attention yesterday, but I was watching the Forest game closely and Dominguez was the best player on the park for me,” he told BetVictor.
