Dear Everton fans,
I was at my first Goodison Park game last Saturday with my friend Steve Pasko. As we waited for the whistle to sound, the “spirit of the blues” changed into the sirens and z-cars of the fans as they welcomed the team onto the pitch.
Even though we didn’t see the end result we were left with a greater sense of commitment to this amazing club.
The prospect of potentially taking on the responsibility of ownership of
Everton Football Club is undoubtedly one of the greatest opportunities we will ever have as investors or individuals.
We understand that we would be taking on the weight of
145 years of history as well as the responsibility of being the founding members of both
the Football League and the Premier League.
It is with that respect and understanding that I am writing to you for the very first time.
