Pitch invader banned from Adelaide Oval for three years

A pitch invader who interrupted last night’s clash between the Crows and the Cats has been banned from Adelaide Oval for at least 3 years.
Both coaches have slammed the rogue crowd member, after the Crows’ first home game of the season came to a sudden stop during the third quarter.
A tense moment of play was interrupted as the spectator bolted towards the players.
Filmed moments earlier by others in the crowd, he jumped from the stands, over the security rails and took a guard’s hat along the way.
The invader was filming the incident on his own phone.
Adelaide’s Matt Crouch attempted to stop the pitch invader, but it was Ben Keays who offered the final blow, with security jumping at the chance to put an end to the disruption.
