Three UK football players have been suspended from the University of Georgia game on Saturday for violating team rules, according to UK Athletics spokesman Tony Neely.

Junior wide receiver Demarco Robinson, sophomore cornerback Cody Quinn and freshman defensive end Jason Hatcher were suspended for “a violation of team rules,” Neely said.

Robinson has been suspended indefinitely, while Quinn and Hatcher are suspended for the Georgia game, he said.

Neely did not elaborate on specifics about the cause of the suspensions or when the suspensions will be re-evaluated.

Robinson started six games this season and has caught 20 passes for 213 yards and two touchdowns after coming into the 2013 season as the most productive returning wide receiver on the roster.

Quinn has played all 10 games and has started five games for the Cats, recording 26 total tackles and three pass breakups.

Hatcher, the highest-rated recruit in head coach Mark Stoops’ first recruiting class, according to ESPN, earned a sack in the loss to the University of South Carolina in October and had three quarterback hurries in eight games.
