On Tuesday morning, reports indicated that Ole Miss Rebels safety transfer Key Lawrence had re-entered the transfer portal just months after joining the roster from the Oklahoma Sooners.
According to a spokesman from Ole Miss, there was a Key Lawrence on the roster who entered the portal on Tuesday, but it’s not that Key Lawrence. The Rebels had two players on the team with that name, and the one who entered the portal was walk-on Keyshawn Lawrence.
