Jade Moore, Claudia Walker, Abi Cowie and Goregie Ferguson will all leave upon the expiry of their contract.

Moore returned to Birmingham City last summer, having previously been at the Club between 2011 and 2016, making a total of 122 appearances across two spells in B9.

During her first stint, she was part of the side that won the Women’s FA Cup in 2012 against Chelsea. Moore now moves on to pursue a new opportunity.

Walker was also in her second spell at the Club, first joining on loan back in 2019 before making the transfer permanent until 2021.

She came back to Blues last January from West Ham United and made a total of 93 outings across her time with the Club, scoring 13 goals.

Cowie joined Blues as a nine-year-old, progressing through the pathway and signing her first professional contract in the summer of 2022.

She played on 13 occasions during her time with the First Team and spent the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Nottingham Forest in the National League North.

Ferguson signed a one-year deal last summer and spent the season on loan at Stoke City.

A further 11 players from our Under-21s will move on. These are Freya Clark, Delphi Cole, Charlotte Crees, Jess Hood, Alice Higginbottom, Phoebe Hill, Lucy Jones, Ellie-Mae Locke, Bethan McGowan, Grace Murphy, and Sophie Phillips.

The Club thanks each player for their efforts during their time at Blues and wishes them every success in the future.
