If recent media reports are to be believed, Sadio Mane is on the verge of joining Bayern Munich from Liverpool.
According to Sport1, all parties involved expect to reach an agreement on the Anfield star’s transfer soon.
According to a German news source, the Bundesliga champions intend to submit an offer worth (£34 million) and 40 million euros (35 million euros cash and 5 million euros in add-ons).
If the transfer is completed, Mane will become one of Allianz’s highest earners, earning around 20 million euros per season, or £330,000 per week.
The former Southampton midfielder’s current Anfield contract is only worth £100,000 per week (Mirror Sport). He certainly deserves a large raise, and his departure will be heartbreaking for his fans.
Salah may have won the most individual awards, but Sadio Mane has been the most important attacker under Jurgen Klopp’s management.
