Manchester United fans choose the man of the match in their victory over Leeds.

Manchester United fans chose the team’s man of the match for the team’s win over Leeds United at Elland Road.

Marcus Rashford and substitute Alejandro Garnacho scored twice in the second half to give United a 2-0 win away from Old Trafford.

This was only United’s second win in the last five Premier League games, demonstrating that the team can win without the suspended Casemiro.

This week, United travel to Barcelona for a Europa League knockout match before hosting Leicester City in the Premier League on Sunday.

Sky Sports, who named midfielder Fred as their man of the match, disagreed with the poll results.

Last week, a tally revealed that Marcus Rashford had received more man-of-the-match votes than any other player this season.

His strike against Leeds was his 21st of the season. He is only one short of his career high, which he set three years ago. He has eight assists as well.

Alejandro Garnacho’s goal was his third of the season and first of 2023, and it will boost his confidence after he expressed disappointment in midweek after failing to find the back of the net.
