Conte may take the 22-year-old Spurs midfielder with him to his next club.

According to CalcioMercatoWeb., if Antonio Conte takes over at AC Milan next season, he may look to bring Dejan Kulusevski with him to the San Siro.

Conte’s future remains uncertain, as his current contract with Tottenham expires at the end of the season.

Some Italian publications have suggested in recent weeks that Milan could turn to Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino to replace Stefano Pioli (La Reppublica via Milan Live).

CMW.it has confirmed Milan’s interest in signing Conte, stating that the Spurs manager is the Rossoneri’s “dream” appointment.

According to the report, Conte may look to bring Kulusevski with him to Milan, as the Swede fits the profile of a right-winger that the Serie A club is looking for.

However, the publication adds that there would be ‘economic obstacles’ to that potential transfer, implying that the 22-year-old could cost up to €45 million (£40 million).

Conte leaving Spurs and possibly taking over at Milan does not seem out of the question. However, there is no way the Premier League club would allow Kulusevski to leave, especially for a fee as low as £40 million.
