The Premier League has today revealed the fixture list for the 2023-24 campaign, which for Everton begins with a home clash against Fulham.

The Toffees stayed up by the skin of their teeth last season and are rewarded with a Goodison Park fixture to open the new season, and not until a trip to Arsenal on September 16 do they face a ‘Big Six’ club.

Brentford and Luton Town then await in a trio of matches against London-based teams, and Anfield will host the 243rd Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton on October 21.

There may not be much festive cheer for Sean Dyche‘s men in December, as they tackle Newcastle United, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur before a Boxing Day showdown with champions Manchester City.

Aston Villa will venture to Goodison Park in Everton’s opening affair of 2024, and February opens with another two difficult meetings with Tottenham and Man City on the 3rd and 10th of the month respectively.

March features another daunting double-header with Manchester United (9th) and Merseyside rivals Liverpool (16th), and Everton faces two newly-promoted sides in Luton Town (May 4) and Sheffield United (May 11) in their final three games of the season.

Last up for Dyche’s side in game week 38 is a trip to the Emirates to meet Arsenal, who thumped the Toffees 5-1 on the final day of the 2021-22 season.
