The Catalan outlet has mentioned that on the Dutch manager’s request, Man Utd will travel to agree a deal for the Les Bleus midfielder.

It is reported that the Los Blancos want a fee of 80 million euros (£68.7m) to sell the midfielder they bought for a similar fee from Monaco.

If Man Utd does not meet the asking price, then Tchouameni will continue to play for Madrid under Carlo Ancelotti with no guarantees of starting.

The 14-time European champions have ample quality and depth in the center of the park. They have recently agreed on new deals with veterans, legends, Toni Kroos, and Luka Modric.

Moreover, top-quality players like Valverde and Camaving are there and Real Madrid broke the bank to lure Jude Bellingham from Dortmund last month.

Tchouameni is a quality talent, who can effectively play in the No.6 and No.8 roles. He scored a fantastic long range goal vs England at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Ten Hag mainly relies on veterans Casemiro and Eriksen in the midfield because the likes of Fred and McTominay have not been consistent.

In your view, should Man Utd agree to a £68.7m deal to sign Aurelien Tchouameni this summer?
