‘Good news,’ says an injury expert: Rangers’ ace is unlikely to be out for long, with a quick return on the cards.

According to Dr. Rajpal Brar, Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell is unlikely to be sidelined for long after suffering a knee injury.

The injury expert feels Gers’s details are fuzzy, but he appears to be on the right track toward a recovery.

A four-week schedule was offered in the middle of September, implying that he could be nearing his return to training.

Brar, a doctor of physical therapy and a sports scientist, told Ibrox News exclusively about his situation:

“All we know is that Cantwell was injured during a challenge, and the timeline given at the time was roughly 3-4 weeks.”

“It could be a plethora of things but the good news is it doesn’t sound too serious and he may not be out too long and might be back in training soon.”

Cantwell has been a vital first-team player since arriving at Ibrox in January and making an immediate impact under Michael Beale.

However, he has not had the ideal start to the season, both in terms of form and fitness.

The former Norwich City man will be hopeful that his injury problems are behind him as he looks to make a bigger impact on the team.
