After a difficult couple of years due to injuries, the winger is back in great form.

This season, the 23-year-old has made an immediate impact for Wolves.

Wanderers have failed to gain ground.

However, Neto has been at the core of all of Wolves’ successful attacking play.

He scored his first goal of the season against Luton Town on Saturday, having previously contributing four assists in the Premier League.

He’s been showered with compliments left, right, and center.

And now, two Wolves players have weighed in on the youngster…

Pedro Neto has had a fantastic start to the season for Wolves, according to Lemina and Doherty.
Neto is the difference maker for Wolves right now.

He is a constant threat, and it appears like he will have a significant impact on how well Wolves perform this season.

“He is the key player at the moment,” Lemina remarked (Express & Star), “but we need more key players to help us achieve what we want to achieve.”

“Pedro is in a good place right now, and he needs to keep it up and stay focused on what he needs to do.” So, once again, congratulations to him.”

“Pedro has always had the ability, he was doing this two years ago, he’s just been unfortunate with injuries that have slowed his progress,” Doherty continued.

“He appears to be in good shape now, and the sky is the limit for him.” He’s been hampered by ailments, but we’re finally seeing the best in him.

“He was injured for a couple of the years I was away, but he was doing this type of stuff when he was 19 years old.”

Neto has returned.

On a personal level, Neto could not have asked for a better start.

He was lively in preseason, but he has managed to carry his form into the season this time.

Neto was without a doubt one of the Premier League’s best young players two years ago.

The knee injury he received in early 2021 really pushed him back, and then he got that awful ankle injury last season.

Fortunately, Neto looks to have put those obstacles behind him.
