With his injury, Rangers attacker Rabbi Matondo may have been out for the remainder of the season, according to Heart and Hand.
On Tuesday, September 26th, Michael Beale’s assistant Neil Banfield stated that the Wales international will be out for six weeks.
Matondo suffered a knee injury against Motherwell over the weekend, leading many to fear the worst for him.

Matondo has played more than most expected this season and has been a game changer on occasion.
His absence will undoubtedly cost Michael Beale, and it’s a relief that he won’t be out for the rest of the season.
Beale stated that it appeared to be a nasty one, which can frequently spell several months on the sidelines, which many supporters will have feared.
While he recovers, this is now an opportunity for someone else to step in and prove why they deserve a starting spot.
The Gers made a number of forward acquisitions this summer, and it is now up to Beale to make the most of them.
