Sad News: Accident Hit NEBRASKA VOLLEYBALL player

Nowadays, accidents are incredibly common, and everyone has been a victim of one at some point. Not even the famous are exempt. Lindsay Krause, an outside hitter for Nebraska volleyball, was recently involved in a hit-and-run collision. Nebraska volleyball is having a great moment because they defeated a highly regarded opponent once more. But the focus was on the hit-and-run case involving Krause.


Following the Huskers’ victory over Kentucky, head coach John Cook discussed Lindsay’s incident. She was impacted by this accident on more than one level. Outside hitter Krause of Nebraska volleyball did to show up for her match against Kentucky. Last week, she was involved in an automobile accident where another vehicle struck her and failed to stop. The incident that occurred in this area infuriated the authorities.

Krause was involved in a car collision in Lincoln on Wednesday at approximately 2:00 p.m., as per the police report. She was rear-ended by a second vehicle while operating her 2020 Kia at 46th Street on O Street. The native of Papillion told the police that she had driven into an adjacent parking lot in order to provide the other driver her insurance information. But the motorist who struck Krause continued driving and left the scene.

Lincoln police authorities reportedly told 8 ABC News that although the car that hit her had fled the area, she had pulled into a commercial lot. Additionally, it was said that she pulled into a nearby parking lot to give the other driver her insurance information. The driver who hit her, nevertheless, drove away from the scene.

Krause said to the police that she was unable to view the license plate number of the other driver. She did not require hospitalization despite suffering a slight injury to her arm or upper torso. The damage to Krause’s SUV from the collision was around $2,500. After this occurrence in Lincoln, the Huskers team officials were unable to contain their annoyance.

Despite defeating Kentucky, the Huskers were disappointed that Krause was unable to participate in the victory. Following the victory, John Cook voiced his dissatisfaction. He claimed that he usually drives on O Street and that he has felt compelled to contact 911 several times after witnessing the reckless driving there. For their own amusement, the irresponsible drivers continue to drive up and down the road.
He hopes Lincoln officials, especially the mayor, take note of this. “She was by Chick-fil-A, and some dude came flying, smacked her, and took off,” he continued. “This shouldn’t be happening in Lincoln,” he continued. An LPD spokeswoman, Sgt. Chris Vollmer.
