Good news for Wolves: He is back

He is back

Hee Chan Hwang claimed that meetings with coaching staff ahead of Saturday’s game against Luton Town were responsible for his first Wolves goal since December.

Wolves were seeking to erase the memory of two defeats in a week at Molineux, and Hwang got them started when he gathered Matheus Cunha’s pass and hammered home a deflected opening. That goal gave Wolves an advantage that they would not give up, and Toti added a second, and Hwang believes it was critical to get back to winning ways, particularly at Molineux.

On getting back on track

“The last few games, the results were not what we expected, and not what we wanted. We tried to be calm and composed in our play and finally we won at home.

“This is a very important win for us and for our fans. I’m glad to score a goal and be back scoring.”

“If I do this more times, maybe we can have chances and goals. I trust it and I tried it, and finally we got the result. We played well and we deserved to win.”
