Tuchel’s eight Chelsea deals that could be completed on summer Deadline

Chelsea are set for a busy Deadline Day this summer with several unanswered deals ready to go ahead as Thomas Tuchel looks to complete some big transfers with hours left

Chelsea are not done yet in the transfer window after offloading a number of players over the past few months.

In terms of incomings, it has been relatively quiet but that does not mean that Thomas Tuchel has not tried.

Early attempts to sign Declan Rice failed which has led to the net being widened over the arrival of a new midfielder, which was made more pivotal after N’Golo Kante’s injury against Liverpool.

Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Bettinelli are the only arrivals so far but the likes of Jules Kounde, Saul Niguez and Aurelien Tchouameni have been linked while there could be plenty of outgoings too.

The latest appears to rule out a move for the 22-year-old after Sevilla ramped up his asking price after Kurt Zouma’s departure.

Chelsea have since walked away from a deal but the Spanish side could return to their initial agreement as they look for cash.

Another deal that Chelsea are not willing to budge on after Atletico Madrid demanded an obligation to buy, whereas the Blues just want an option.

The Spanish side are looking to lower their wage bill and with no other firm offers on the table, could be forced into caving into Chelsea’s demands.

Chelsea have been linked with the Monaco ace for some time but are in no rush to push through a deal.

It means that they could revisit a chance to sign the 21-year-old but if Manchester United, who are also linked, ramp up their efforts then Tuchel might put more pressure on a move.

Earmarked as one of the top talents to come through the club’s prestigious Cobham academy, minutes have been hard to come by for Hudson-Odoi.

Borussia Dortmund are keen on a loan deal which could be the perfect chance for the England international to get a full season of competitive football under his belt.

Whether it is permanent or temporary, Sarr is on his way out of west London this summer with a return to France already mooted.

His agent has already stated that a transfer is being worked on while Chelsea would prefer a Premier League loan to see how the 22-year-old works out in the top tier.

Sadly, it appears the ship may have sailed for Loftus-Cheek at Stamford Bridge after showing so much promise prior to a serious knee injury.

The Express reports the midfielder is examining his options and has interest from the Premier League if he were to leave. Tuchel must make a decision on Ampadu by the end of Deadline Day with his career in the balance following a tricky spell at Sheffield United.

Remarkable that a permanent move is being talked up despite the fact that Tuchel is a huge fan of Anjorin, who at just 19 has a chance to become the next Cobham regular.

Lokomotiv Moscow are in talks with Chelsea over a deal that would see the Poole-born ace leave the Premier League for Russia.
