His current contract with the Brazilian club is set to run out in 2027, so Pep Guardiola will have to pay a hefty fee if he wants to secure his services this January or at the end of this campaign.

He is a technically gifted footballer who has already begun to shine in the Brazilian Serie B. The Brazilian prospect mainly operates as a defensive midfielder but can also play as a box-to-box midfielder or as an attacking midfielder if his manager tells him to do so.
We can expect Santos to be an excellent long-term signing for Man City if they can devise a way to get him on board soon. He is already good enough to play a sporadic role in Pep Guardiola‘s squad.
