Tottenham is now hoping to complete another major signing today, in addition to Danjuma.

Tottenham Hotspur is still interested in Pedro Porro and hopes to have a deal in place for the Sporting wing-back by the end of today.

According to the Daily Mail, talks about a deal for Porro will resume later today with no agreement in place.

According to reports, Tottenham’s offer of £32.5 million was rejected, despite the fact that Spurs tried everything to close the deal, including add-ons and players in exchange.

Due to the release clause in Porro’s contract, Sporting had been sticking to their £40 million demands.

Sporting may now soften their stance as Manchester City approaches with a buy-back clause worth only €20 million (£17.7 million).

The Mirror reported earlier this month that Porro had already agreed to the move, and Tottenham believes a deal can be completed within hours.

The progress of negotiations for Porro should result in a deal – and thus a double arrival for Antonio Conte.

Tottenham Hotspur appears to be on the verge of signing an attacking player, with Villarreal’s Arnaut Danjuma set to arrive.

According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, Danjuma will have a medical with Tottenham on Tuesday.

Tottenham has hijacked Everton’s deal for Danjuma, and the Dutchman appears to be on his way to Tottenham.

Danjuma gives Tottenham another option down the left flank, and he can also play as a striker.

Danjuma appears to be on the verge of a loan with an option to buy, with cash being used to bring Porro to North London.

Tottenham needed another attacking threat and a right-wing back heading into this transfer window.

Conte should benefit greatly from the additions of Danjuma and Porro as Tottenham seeks a place in the Champions League.
