Leicester has already signed one winger, Tete from Shakhtar Donetsk, who will stay with the club until the end of the season after leaving Lyon on loan.

The Foxes have already signed left-back Victor Kristiansen from Copenhagen and are pursuing Stoke center-back Harry Souttar for around £15 million.

Meanwhile, the club is unlikely to entertain bids for star player James Maddison until the summer.

Several clubs have expressed interest in the playmaker, whose contract expires at the end of next season.

Despite this, Leicester is determined to keep Maddison because his form is critical to their survival chances.
