The post prompted a response from City midfielder Maddison, who is likely to leave during the summer transfer window, regardless of whether Leicester will be playing in the Championship or Premier League.

Man City has been strongly linked with an interest in Maddison ahead of the summer transfer window, with talk that the Premier League champions are set to make a move for the midfielder.
