Amazing young star receives Real Madrid call as Carlo Ancelotti appears to describe Tottenham star

Tottenham striker Harry Kane has been tipped to leave Spurs this summer.

Tottenham striker Harry Kane has received a Real Madrid call after Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti appeared to describe the England captain in a transfer plea on Sunday. Real were held to a 1-1 by Athletic Bilbao at the Bernabeu in their final game of the season as they finished the campaign second to Barcelona in the La Liga table.

Ahead of Sunday’s match, Real had confirmed that striker Karim Benzema would leave the club this summer to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad following 14 years in the Spanish capital. And later in the day, Ancelotti told reporters: “We need signings in attack and we will do that. We want to sign a striker that can score goals and link up well – so a striker that plays football well.”

Kane certainly matches Ancelotti’s description following another sensational season in a Tottenham shirt where he bagged 30 Premier League goals. The 29-year-old has featured 435 times for the Lilywhites since making his first team debut in 2011. And he’s found the back of the net 280 times for the club.

The ace has also excelled on the international stage and is England’s highest-ever scorer after getting his name on the scoresheet 55 times in 82 games for his country.

Kane was denied a transfer to Manchester City two years ago after Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy blocked a move away from north London. But with the player having just one more year remaining on his current deal, Spurs could well decide to cash in on him ahead of next season to avoid losing him for nothing in 2024.

Manchester United has been tipped to compete with Real Madrid for Kane’s signature over the coming weeks as manager Erik Ten Hag searches for a striker who can take his team to the next level. And Kane could soon have a big transfer decision on his hands.
