Millwall agrees on a new deal with promising youngster

MILLWALL has tied down Seb Drozd to a new deal.

Drozd, 20, is an attacker and was prominent in the Lions’ Professional Development squad that won the national title under Kevin Nugent and Paul Robinson last season.

Drozd has yet to make his senior debut but was an unused substitute in Millwall’s 1-0 win at Stoke City in February.

Several of Nugent’s squad are set to join first-team pre-season training this week before decisions will be made on their futures, including potential loan moves.

Millwall’s squad returned to Calmont Road on Wednesday morning for day one of 2023/24 pre-season training.

With The Lions’ international players set to return for the Spanish training camp, the remainder greeted each other before undergoing testing as preparations for the new campaign get underway.
