Leicester City could loan a £19 million ace who denied a deadline-day move, and the club’s president may reopen…

According to Gazetta Dello Sport, as cited by Tutto Atalanta, Atalanta chief Lee Congerton is willing to re-establish contact with Leicester City regarding a loan signing involving Jeremie Boga.

Sport Italia alleged in the summer that Boga had rejected a deadline-day loan move to Leicester at the last minute.

While it is unclear why the former Chelsea winger did so, it is possible that he was afraid of making a Premier League comeback to a team that was out of form.

Last season, the Leicester-linked Jeremie Boga had played a mere 24 minutes in an Atalanta shirt since joining the club for £19.3 million (€22 million) in January, as confirmed by Fabrizio Romano.

While some predicted that things would look on the up for Boga in his first full season under Gian Piero Gasperini, the once-prolific wideman is yet to make a single start for the club in Serie A.

And in all competitions, the versatile forward, speculated with signing for Leicester on a temporary basis has made 2 starts in all competitions.

However, the Foxes could get a positive update in their pursuit of the 26-year-old.

ATALANTA READY TO RE-OPEN TALKS WITH LEICESTER OVER JEREMIE BOGA LOAN

According to a fresh report from Gazzetta Dello Sport, which was reported by Tutto Atalanta, Atalanta chief Lee Congerton is willing to re-open negotiations with Leicester City about loaning out Jeremie Boga.

It has been reported that the Atalanta manager is considering loaning Boga to Leicester with the option to buy.

LEICESTER MUST TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FINALLY BRING IN THE WINGER.
With Leicester City failing under Brendan Rodgers thus far this season, they must be willing to sign Jeremie Boga on loan.

If Boga impresses, Leicester can exercise their option to purchase him; else, he will return to Atalanta.

The Foxes must set aside their pride to bring in the tricky Wideman, as they are in desperate need of reinforcements and the deal on the table is a win-win situation for both parties.
